Dr Sahil Soni
Dr Soni graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2009 and has been working in private dental practice since then. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and root canal treatment. Sahil is very passionate about his work and is up to date with new techniques and technology to keep up with the improvements in dentistry. Sahil is extremely passionate about mentoring and teaching the next generation. Sahil enjoys developing a plan with his patients for their dental management and understand that every patient's needs and wants are unique. Outside of work Dr Soni enjoys photography, hiking and playing Squash.
Dr Malak Fouda
Malak graduated with honours from The University of Queensland in 2018. Her special interest is in aesthetic dentistry and oral surgery. Malak will be co-ordinating the mentor program and is available for support and to help make the transition from university life to private practice as seamless as possible.
Dr Michelle Chen
Michelle graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a special interest in oral surgery and aesthetic dentistry. Michelle will also be coordinating the mentor program. She is always up for a chat and available to help the graduates transition into the workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, baking, photography and also runs an online food blog!
Mentors
Lubna graduated from India and then travelled to work in the UK for 7 years. She passed her ADC exams in 2014 and joined our group in 2015. Dr Lubna has a special interest in orthodontic treatment and aesthetics. She has helped transform the lives of many of our patients with her gentle touch, incredible skills and great communication.
Tharini graduated from the University of Queensland with honours in 2014. She joined Nauv’s practices where here keenness for extractions and surgical procedures grew further under the mentorship of Nauv and his associates. She also greatly expanded her skills on the little practical experience in paediatric dentistry that she had at university. She treats anxious patients and enjoys helping them overcome their fear enough to become comfortable to return. She finds the collaborative nature of this group the most beneficial in treatment planning and discussion of every day dentistry with like-minded dentists.
She likes to balance her time as much as possible outside of dentistry, by spending time with her family and friends and getting outdoors as often as possible. She does Pilates and yoga not only to stay healthy, but to help keep her body aligned with the poor posture that can sneak up when practicing dentistry.
After graduating from The University of Queensland in 2014, Simran worked for Queensland Health on the Gold Coast. Simran then travelled for 6 months and have been with the group since late 2016. She is particularly interested in oral surgery, including wisdom teeth extractions and also has a keen interest in family and kids dentistry.Outside dentistry Simran enjoys hiking and being outdoors.
Alvin graduated from the University of Queensland. After owning two dental practices in regional NSW for 7 years, I moved back to Brisbane in late 2019. Being friends with Dr Nauv for many years, I was given the opportunity and privilege to join the group in late 2019.
Dr Alvin has a special interest in, Surgical and Restorative Implant Dentistry, Cerec and Digital Dentistry as well as Patient communication.
Nauv graduated from the University of Queensland in 2006 and began private practice in Brisbane immediately upon graduation.
He purchased his first dental practice in 2008 which has grown from a 2 chair practice into a large 8 chair practice surgery.
Nauv has also opened multiple practices across Ipswich and Brisbane. Nauv’s special interest is in wisdom teeth extractions.He is extremely passionate about mentoring new graduates
Dr Elwynn graduated from the University of Queensland in 2008 and during his final year was awarded the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons prize.
After working in private practice on the Northside of Brisbane for six years, he opened his first dental practice in 2014, rapidly growing the practice into a three chair surgery.
In 2015, he opened his second dental practice after teaming up with Dr Nauvneel Kashyap and followed this up in 2016 by purchasing his first established practice.
In 2019, Dr Nauvneel Kashyap and Dr Elwynn Heah purchased another dental practice as they continue working together after the success of their first joint venture.
Dr Elwynn Heah takes pride in the internal management of dental practices and his strength is developing internal management systems and patient communication, particularly around retention and treatment acceptance.
Albert graduated from RGUHS in Bangalore, India in 2009. In August 2013 he was registered with the (ADC) Australian Dental Council as a general dentist and moved to Australia.
We are very lucky to have Dr Albert join the group in 2014
Albert enjoys performing all aspects of general dentistry including restorative, dentures,crown and bridge, root canal treatment,implants,soft tissue surgery and augmentation, painless extractions with special interest in functional and cosmetic rehabilitation.
Albert loves to keep abreast with the latest technologies and treatment modalities in dentistry ,currently he is enrolled in Kois Center Graduate Curriculum,Seattle.
