“I had noticed this patients teeth for a while, and one day she asked me what I would recommend for her teeth. The answer was simple to me, but it’s wise to never impose your aesthetic viewpoint on the patient, rather let them tell you which aspect they are unhappy with. And so, we began planning and designing a new smile for this patient.

Initial presentation. Patient is unhappy with the space in the buccal corridor, the staining of the old resins on the centrals and I would like to make the teeth a bit longer and increase the proclination slightly of the central incisors

I did a wax up to show the patient what the proposed plan would look like and after doing a mock up, the patient decided to proceed with 10 veneers. Patient wanted a natural look with white teeth. ”
